OPK question again
Hi Again,
I just took another OPK this morning out of curiousity. It was negative. Does that mean I didn't ovulate? I compared todays test to yesterdays test and yesterdays was definitely positive. Does anyone know the answer to this question? Megan

if you got a ++ yesterday and neg today, then either your surge is over, or your urine was too diluted to trigger a pos.
usually your surge lasts approx 36-48 hours. getting a neg (after a pos) indicates that you've probably already O'd. do you temp? this is the time when you'd see your thermal shift.

No I haven't done temps in years but I should be darnit. I do have pelvic tenderness though and when I have ovulated in the past on clomid I did have pelvic tenderness. Thanks. I am just going to relax. It is out of my hands at this point.

Hi Megan: I agree with Dina ... as long as you got the ++OPK yesterday, then you should be ovulating. I wouldn't stop BMSing just yet though (despite the pelvic tenderness)! I would BMS today if you haven't already and then tomorrow too!
