6 dpo progesterone......38.5!!!

Well after the crappy week I've had so far, it was good to hear such a high number! I had a cyst hemorrhage at 3 in the morning Monday and DH had to rush me to the ER. I think it finally ruptured yesterday after he examined me, I go in the morning for another U/S. Went to the doc yesterday for him to recheck and he ran bloodwork including prog (6 dpo instead of today). Last month was my first clomid cycle and my levels were 17.3 at 3 dpo. Do you think there is a chance I could be PG, even with the ruptured cyst? The cyst is on my right ovary, the side that does not have a working tube (1/2 of one from an ectopic years ago) Could I have O'd from the other ovary? During the U/S Monday at the ER I was in and out from the pain meds, but she mentioned a few follicles on my left ovary......I was trying to throw in the towel this cycle but now I'm all wondering and excited. Sorry if I've seemed looney this week, between the meds and my emotions, I've been all over the place. Please someone tell me what they think!!!!!!

Hi Shel! Ouch about your rupture! Are you feeling better now?!

If your other ovary and tube are open and functioning, then yes, you could have ovulated from it. That's a great progesterone number!
