Hi ladies!

Thanks for the support.... After I posted here I was feeling pretty down... slept a little and then call my gyn office and explained and they told me to go in the morning... So went to the doctors... he did an endo sonogram and it told me it wasn't bleeding, it was just (can't explained that well because he used a term in spanish) like the coffee grains after you poured the coffee... anyway... i think u ladies get the picture...

As per my last period, April 5, he told I am 5 weeks and the sonogram shows that... So he wants to see me again next week on Thursday to see the progress, because today it was too early... He prescribed me prometrium 3 times a day and folic acid...and we can't have sex... He thinks maybe I have low progesterone and that's why I'm having the spotting... I have to call him if I start bleeding...

So for now I'm more relax... Thanks again... will keep u updated...

sounds like a good appt! i had the same thing happen with my first pg. i was told to come in to check into the spotting and when my OB did the t/v u/s, she said there was no source of bleeding. of course by the next day it had stopped and everything was fine.

That is great news Loyda! I never had early spotting, but did have one episode later in my pregnancy with O and it was really scary! I am so glad you got reassurance from your OB and u/s!

Oh, phew, Loyda! I'm so glad you aren't bleeding... it sounds like your cervix is good and closed too -- both great signs! I had some tan spotting with both of my good pgs and the doctor thought it might be either implantation spotting finally working its way out or perhaps a cervical polyp. We never knew for sure and of course I was worried, but all was well.

Let us know how things go and good luck! Fingers crossed tightly for you!
