Here is a link to the fertilityplus website. You'll see a chart there that lists a normal LH level early in the cycle as being below 7 and a "surge" level (just before O) of over 20. Your 19.4 is very close to being "surge" material. If you haven't had your period for 60 days, then I'm not sure that you are necessarily close to surging, although you could be! Have you ever been tested for PCOS? Long, irregular cycles and high LH levels can be a sign of PCOS. I would talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she thinks.
