HSG finally scheduled!
My HSG is scheduled for Feb. 6th...I will be on cd13. I guess its ok to do it that late seeing I usually O really late in my cycles. She also upped my Clomid to 150mg.
I was quite shocked when I made the appt. & they told me the cost! The dr. charges $630! With the hospital & radiology fees, that makes it $969! That's honestly more than I expected. Oh well - guess that's how it works! I also have to go in this Monday to sign the papers - and I'm sure they'll charge me an office visit for that, too!

That's good you have it scheduled. The price...not so good. I'll be thinking **clear tubes**
I am amazed that for a blood draw I am charged my office visit copay of $20 (which is no small amount of $ as far as I'm concerned). It's so irritating! Hopefully, they'll be feeling nice and will let you slide by.

Good luck, Kim! I hope that the HSG shows clear tubes or that the test does the clearing
!Make sure you take Motrin so that it's in your system by the time of the procedure... it will help ease things. Let us know how it goes and BEST OF LUCK! +++++++++++ Maura |

I remember my HSG cost around $700 when I had it done 8 yrs ago, so I guess the price you are paying is right on par, though it sucks! I had insurance to cover most of mine. I hope you see some beautiful clear tubes
