hi carrie....i used progesterone suppositories which were dispensed by prescription only. i did try natural progesterone cream, but i had a progesterone defficiency that required a much higher dose of progest than could be provided by the cream.
natural progest cream csn be purchased over the counter or online. anything stronger than that you need a script for. HTH

I was wondering if it would help me because the doctor said my Progesterone was too low to have ovulated, but AF came, so I must have ovulated - so if my Progesterone is this low, could I sustain a pregnancy?? I am going to see how the results are this cycle and discuss with the doctor at my next visit (which is about a week or so after CD28) - I am hoping that he can just tell me I am prego at that one!! Wouldn't that be nice... Here's hoping.
Carrie

Hi Carrie!... It could be that you ovulated later in the cycle and that's why you had low progesterone... But I think the clomid also is use to help with the progesterone...
...and having a positive attitude is great!... Really hope this cycle does the trick

carrie....i had an endometrial biopsy which indicated my lining was completely out of phase. i wasn't producing nearly the right amount of progest. conception was not the problem. maintaining the pg was. you can not maintain the pg with too little progest.
loyda.....i used progest cream for a while and although it wasn't strong enough to correct my progest deficiency, it did wonders for my PMS!!
