Anyone Left To Be My Cycle Buddy??

well.... I think its too late now to start on my BCP... so I'll give it one more month. I have decided to try more herbal supplements this month. I didnt realize it until I was just doing some research online that you are NOT supposed to take Black Cohosh AFTER O.... and I did this month.... and I had ALOT of cramping when I did..... I wonder if this could be one reason why I didnt get pg this cycle...

. hey dont mind me- i'm just trying to find excuses for myself here

not sure why but it seems to make me feel better if I have some kind of excuse for my failure to get PG.

So..... is anyone else still here with me????

CD5 for me..... still spotting a little.... waiting for AF to go away....

What i'm trying this month:
B6 *100 mg Daily*
Vitex with Dong Quai *1000 mg Daily*
Evening Primrose Oil *1000 iu til Ovulation*
Licorice Root *960 mg CD 7 thru 14 ONLY*
Alfalfa *800 mg Daily*
Green Tea *1 cup Daily*
Baby Aspirin *81 mg Daily*
and of course my prenatal vitamin

Still temping.... and i'm back to OPKS this month too....

hey if i'm going back on BCP next cycle- I might as well make the best of this one- and go out with a bang!

I am somewhat new to this forum. I am on CD8 so we are somewhat close to each other. I would love to be somebody's buddy. We are not trying anything fancy such as IVF or IUI. We will just be doing alot of bding around the time of O and hope that nature takes it's course. We have been ttc for over a year now (male factor).

Brandi,
Before you take the vitex for too long before you O, I thought you should know that I did some research on it and it can actually make you anovulatory if you take it before O. Here's a FT thread where they were talking about it.

I'm taking vitex for the first time this cycle, but I've only been taking it since I ovulated. Just a head's up for you, we don't need any more obstacles when TTC right?

I am cd7. You can check out the site www.tryingtoconceive.com/vitex.htm they discuss vitex a lot. She says you can take vitex all month, but you should not take vitex and clomid. For me I could O anywhere from 12-25 to 12-28. I am scheduled for accupuncture tomorrow. Let's get some BFPs

what are the green tea, Vitamin B6, Vitex with Dong Quai, Primrose Oil , ALfafa and Licorice for?

Hi all,

I'm on cycle day 11. Did not do much temping this month.
I'll just try to be extra friendly with hubbie this month. I'm hoping that
next week when we're off we'll get some serious work done.
