Question Lots of ewcm but ....

Hi ladies I need some help understanding this so maybe with all your knowledge you can help me....

I have been using the Clear Blue Easy Monitor, I am on day 15. Since day 6 it has registered as high fertility. Since yesterday I have had some cm, but this morning I had ALOT of it (TMI). The monitor came back still only high. I am not temping and this is my first period since MC back in April. I needed 2 D&E and then around of provera to get me to have my period. Previous to this my cycle was 28-32 days.

What do you ladies think? Any experience with this? I really want to get pregnant, but at the same time the last time I ttc I became obsessed. I don't wanna do that quite yet.
Thanks for your help!
Nikki

pg ment'd

hi nikki...i'm sorry about your m/c.

is this your first month using the monitor, or the first month after not using it for a few cycles? if so don't rely on the monitor and go with your intincts. you may also want to use disposable OPK's just for this month.

the first month i used the monitor i had the same thing happen. it never gave me a "peak" but i KNEW i was O'ing because i get all the bodily signs, including terrible pain in the ovary and ewcm. my temping also indicated that i O'd, as did the fact that i became pg that month.

often the first month on the monitor (whether it's the very first or the first after a break) you will get no actual "peak" b/c the montior is just using your information to calibrate itself so it knows your cycle somewhat. it stores the info and based on your hormonal changes decides when to start asking you to test next cycle. it doesn't mean you're not O'ing. so follow your intuition.

if you think you're preparing to O, then i woukd BMS and don't stop until you know O has taken place.

good luck!

Hi Nikki: I'm so sorry about your m/c.... {{{HUGS}}}

I agree with Dina's comment to trust your instinct and your physical signs rather than the Monitor. I've seen lots of women here get only "high" readings (never "peak") but it's clear they ovulated. I would BMS on any day you see ewcm and BMS regularly through at least cd 20 even on days you don't have ewcm.

Good luck this month and let us know how you're doing+++++++++
