Finally some results.....

Okay, this is weird, but the doctor said:

HCG - 0
Progesterone - 16.7

He is very confused because my progesterone is that of a first trimester pregnancy, but my HCG is 0. This was taken six days after my light period. He says to take another urine test, and if still negative, wait a week. Or I can come in and get another blood test, and he said to start taking aspirin since I have a history of immune disorder, just in case something is there. So finally, an answer, but confusing. I will see, my temp today was 98.2 so maybe things will return to normal. It is lower than last week. Just wanted to let you guys know. Thank, JAS

I was rereading everything.. this test result is from the 10th? That could have been a normal progesterone test... looking at your chart and based on the 10th being the test date. After all the crazyness with the results.. I would ask for another test now... since the last one (if I am correct...) was 9 days ago! Hugs!

Hi JAS: How strange! I would go for another beta now and make sure they give you the result pronto.... who knows... could be lab error too...

Kat, I am confused as to what you are saying......sorry. Can you clarify what you mean? The doctor said that that level of progesterone is too high to be six days after a period. That is what confuses him. Last test I had, back in March, was six days after a period, and my progesterone was 1.4, and beta less than 2. Go figure. I am so sick of feeling pregnant, and not being. It is so frustrating. Nobody can figure this out. Thanks guys for your input. HUGS....JAS

I was trying to state.. based on the chart.. maybe it was a breakthrough bleed... same as a light period. I had one month where it was like AF but it was only about 5-6 days DPO.. and I had a progesterone level in the 10s.. and then had another AF about a week later.
Sorry if that is confusing.. I kinda was and can be..lol..

I was just thinking that your body didnt think of that bleeding as AF... or the level should have dropped down.

Anyways.. I would try to get a retest.

Kat, The light period that I had was when my period was due. I am like clock work....23 days every single month. Why then does my temp go back up on day three? I have though about early ovulation too, but then my next cycle is too short. Does not make sense.

Maura, Thanks hon.......I am going to wait and see what my temp does, and if it climbs back up, then I will get another blood test. If it drops, then I will just ignore all the rest of the symptoms and move on.
