Hi Ladies
I posted a while back, but due to a mc I stopped posting. I just got a Clear Blue easy monitor and I am wondering what was you success with it? How many monthes did it take you to get a BFP? I am at high peak right now, it has been that way for 3 days. I am waiting for my peak day to come. My friend used the monitor and got a BFP the first month.. So I am hoping. I just wanted to hear some other success stories too! Please share!

It worked for me three times! The third time resulted in a blighted ovum, but it worked all the same. I had been trying for well over a year (I had luteal phase issues) with DS#1 and the first month of using the monitor I got a BFP! With DS#2 my LPD seemed to work itself out and it took 5 or 6 months I believe. With my BO it only took 4 months. I have been using it since my D&E in April and no luck yet, but my cycle has been screwy ever since. I am still hopeful!
Good Luck! |

I really liked the CBFM and I got a BFP on my second cycle with it. DH and I had been ttc for over a year when I bought it. I thought I had my cycle down to a science and OPK's routinely had my LH surge @ CD 13 so I would stop BMS'ing on CD 14. Last month my CBFM showed my highest peak on CD 15 so we BMS'd on CD15 and 16 and I think that and a lot of prayer made the difference this time.
You won't regret your investment. I would give it one or two cycles for it to know your cycles well. Lots of baby dust and BFP's to you. Enjoy! Cherechi. |

If you are taking clomid.. it will be high sooner and then until you get your PEAK on it. When I wasnt on clomid I had the highest for about 3-5 days before the PEAK.
I had used it, but wasnt using it with my BFP. I had upgraded to a different monitor. What I can suggest.. if you know you dont O early in your cycle.. wait to start testing to save those strips.. I would be asked to test at CD6, but normally dont O until CD20... so I would wait till about CD15 to start testing. I would try this once you know more of your cycle... but wanted to let you know there is a way to save alittle $$.. Sine I have given mine to a friend use. Best Wishes!!

thanks everyone for your replies. I am testing high and have been since day 6 on day 9 today. i don't really know how my cycle will work this time. i had a MC and before trying for that bfp my cycle was not its normal 28-30 days. then after the MC i did not get a period for almost 10 months. my last period was in Jan. had 2 d&e's and then needed a round of provera to make my period finally come. I don't think i was ever so glad to get my period.
SO--- I am using the monitor for the first 2 months to make sure that i am ovulating after everything that i have been Thur and so that on the 3rd month, we can have a good idea on when to BMS. I am really anxious to have that BFP again. It seems like i have had to wait forever, and I am ready to move on! Thanks for listening. |
