Help! My body is messed up!
OK, last week I was due for a period and my temp dropped below coverline, and I had nothing for two days unless I used a tampon there was a little pink. My breasts started hurting the day my temp dropped, and from then on my temp climbed back up to the post O state. 98.4, 98.7, 98.3 etc. I had some bleeding two separate nights, enough to use two small tampons. Very bad frontal cramps, different than AF. During the day, nothing. My temp is still high, and I feel yucky...tingling, sore breasts, feverish and tired. I took a clearblue digital today, not FMU, and it was neg. What the heck is this? I am so sick of this stuff. I was really accepting my IF, working out hard and losing weight. I just want to move on and then my body tries to take me back there again. I just want to not think about the whole PREGNANT thing again!
I have an appointment with a nurse practitioner tomorrow just to see what is going on. Any ideas? Today would be 19dpo.

well, it could be a couple of things. if you're newly exercising and dieting, it's possible that it threw a monkey wrench into your cycle this month. OR....you could be pg and it hasn't registered on the HPT yet. are you certain of when you O'd?
the month i conceived my ds, i got me usual pre AF temp drop the day before AF was due. the next day it shot back up and continued to climb for several days. i took a HPT at 19 dpo and got a bfp. i O'd on cd 14 without a doubt. do you have an online chart you can link us to?

Dina, Thanks....Two things, I am an avid exerciser and have always been, so at first I thought that it may have made my period light, but then my temps climbed back up. I do have a chart online with fertility friend but I do not know how to link it. I will try again. Thanks for your help. JAS (fertility friend says I O'd on day 11, and my temp dropped on day 22. ). I am so past even wanting to be pregnant now......I have really accepted it and at 41, I think I just want to move on. I hate that this messes with my head. Not like I don't have any kids. I have 5!

jas, i'm sorry i have no experience with linking FF. i know other's have posted their links, ad it's often taken numerous tries.
are your cycle lengths consiistant? there could be other things happening too. many women start to notice changes in things in their early 40's. i guess it could be that too. i know it must be making you crazy. i'm sure you'll get some answers tomorrow. update us after your appt. good luck!

Dina, I did link it on my previous post Yes, my cycles are like clockwork. Never a miss, and never off. Even when I was pregnant, I bled. I ended up losing it. No blocking antibodies. Maybe my body is trying again, who knows. Endocrinologist said I am no where near menopause. Thanks for your help anyways. JAS

Hi JAS: I would see if the nurse practitioner can draw your blood for a beta tomorrow... then you'll know for sure! BTW, if you want to PM me your chart link, I'll be happy to look at it too...
Good luck and let us know how the appointment goes tomorrow++++++++++++ Maura |

JAS, if you go to fertility friend, and click on the share icon on the left, it'll let you email the chart to someone. email it to yourself, and then just copy and paste the link into your post.
if there's a quicker way to do it, i haven't yet figured it out! ![]() hope your body gets back to normal soon!
