Sunburn?
Hi guys, I miss you all! I just haven't been able to check here as much
![]() Just a quick question...I seem to be running really warm this month. Granted, I missed a few temps from being at the beach...I got some sunburn on my face and shoulders...Would that make my bbt run higher than normal pre-o temps? I'm afraid that FF is going to pick a wrong O date if my temps keep this up and I'll be really confused!

hi kristina....i'm honeslty not sure about the sunburn influencing your temp. i've always thought about sunburn as heating up the outside of your body....KWIM?
i'm sorry i have no definotove answer for you. i would just try and be as consistant as possible with the temp taking and watch for your shift. good luck this cycle!!

Hi Kristina: Oh, I'm sorry to hear that last cycle didn't work out
. Did you ever end up getting that beta? And how did your thyroid b/w come back? And was your AF a real red flow?Anyway, as for your sunburn, I don't think that would affect temps, but I guess anything's possible! I think your temps will settle down in time for O and I bet you'll be able to see O just fine . We'll throw our two+ cents in as well !Good luck and keep us posted+++++++++++++ Maura |

I never did get the beta, AF came the next day...I had a feeling it was coming....I haven't gotten the results from the thyroid yet. I have a follow up appt in a month because my blood pressure was high. No doubt from worrying about all this IF stuff! She said if it's not down in a month, I will have to go on meds for it. Well, I'll have to see what my temps do over the next few days...

FYI.... over a year ago... I had this really really bad sunburn and it made all my temps high. I was so hot and my skin was blistering. Is there a way to not the temp as maybe incorrect? I had a program that would circle a temp if I noted something like that. You could also keep record of the reason why... just in case it is higher than normal.
Best Wishes Kristina!
