prometrium and BBT question

Hi all you experts-

Will prometrium affect my chart at all? My temps look good - kind of a steady rise/borderline triphasic, but I don't want to get too exicted if it's just my prometrium suppositories at work. Any info would be grand.

Hi Skippy: For some women, progesterone elevates temps and/or extends the LP by a bit; for other women, it seems to have no effect on either temps or LP. If you don't know into which camp you fall, it's impossible to say! But even if it's the prog., at least it's a good sign that they work for you! And it doesn't mean you are not pg!

What dpo are you? Here's to a nice big ++ at the end of your 2ww!

ITA with what maura said. for me they didn't have an effect on my 2ww temps. they were as they usually were.

Thanks for the info. I've taked the progesterone for 3 charted cycles and it doesn't seem (operative word, seem) to affect things too much. I think I'm about 9 dpo so not too far to go now. I'll keep you posted!

I am taking progesterone suppositories as well to try and help lengthen my luteal phase. This is my first cycle using them and I noticed that they are not increasing my temps too. My LP temps have always been very close to coverline, sometimes dipping below. Same this month, even with the supps.
