when is the first day of my period???
okay, I know it sounds funny! But my history is this: I spot for a day not even enough for a pad and then nothing for a day or two. Then I really start to flow. Now that I'm TTC, do I count the day I spotted as my first day or the day the flow is heavier as my first day? Any thoughts?

I think I read on a post here somewhere that if bright red flow starts before 5pm, that day counts as cd1 but if it starts after 5pm the next day is cd1. Does that sound right?
I didn't have any spotting before AF this last time. Bright red showed up around 11am, so I counted that day as cd1. Is that right? |

I'm in agreement with the rest of the ladies. The first full day of red flow .
