Midstream vs dip?

Might be an ignorant question, but what really is the difference? I know how to use each, but does it really make a difference if you use a midstream stick and dip it? Aren't they both getting urine on them?

I use the dip method and never have had a problem, most anything (opks and hpts) will give you directions for both methods...just make sure you read what the insert says

Good Luck!

oh and the difference for me is that i dont have to twist in a pretzle to make sure i hit the stream...dip girl all the way here

I dip both also. I am always afraid I won't get enough on the tip if I try and pee on it

i always used midstream and never had a problem. i don't think there's any difference in the end result. i think it's just a matter of ease. whichever one works best for you.

I *DIP*... I got tired of peeing on myself, I guess I am not very good with Mid stream... So I dip, and get the same results

Either way is good. I prefer dipping because I can control how much urine is getting on it and how long it is getting the urine.
