I'm 10dpo on a natural cycle. I ovulated by myself this cycle.
I know that is too early too test but I did anyway!! !!The stick was one I got online from cheap pregnancy tests or something. The line that would say a positive was WHITE. It's suppose to turn pink. Has anyone seen this or is a bad preg. test??? I havenot' seen a white line like that on a name brand test before.

hmmm....sounds like it might be a defective test. did the instructions say antyhing about what a pos test would look like? or does it maybe have a picture?
i would probably try and retest. that's frustrating! i know it's torture, but i would wait until tom morning so you can use FMU. good luck!

I find that the cheap strip hpt's always have an "indent" line. There is a phantom line where the line should be. I always get those. I would say if it doesn't have any color, it's defective or negative
![]() I would wait about 3 or 4 more days and test again! Good Luck

Hi Toadie: Did the line appear within the time specified in the instructions? If so, I think it's a defect. If it appeared after the time specified, then it might be an "evaporation" line. Either way, I'd wait and test again in 2-4 days (the longer you wait, the better your chances of an accurate result
!). Remember, you could still be implanting up to 12 dpo .Good luck and keep us posted++++++++++++ Maura |

Ohhh, the same thing happens to me - I call 'em "Ghost Lines" - because they're haunting me!! It only happens for me with the cheap tests though....
I actually emailed the company and they told me I'm either not getting it wet enough, getting it too wet, or I'm just plain doing it wrong..... Although I'm not sure how I'm managing to do THAT wrong... if nothing else I've mastered the POAS test. If you've got any doubts - retest! ![]() Good luck!!!! |
