8dp3dt negative hpt...any hope?

Hi everyone--

I am getting very worried. Today I am 8dp3dt and I am still testing negative

I started testing at 6dp3dt and I expected to get a negative then, but I really thought that if I was pregnant that I would of seen a positive yesterday or today. I was so confident that this worked for me after the transfer that I actually thought I was pregnant. Our original plan was to transfer 3 embies, but my Dr. said that since they were of such good quality I should only transfer 2 (that is probably where all my false hope came from, him telling me to only transfer 2 because of the quality) We transferred a 10 cell grade 2 and a 9 cell grade 1. That even sounded strange to me because I never hear of anyone having 9 or 10 cell embies.

Has anyone tested negative at 8dp3dt but end up with a positive beta or a positive hpt days later?

sojna....it's not even close to over yet!!!! you're still on a fine line where you could easily get a false negative. i would try and wait it out (i know it's so hard) a few more days and test again.

also, make sure to use FMU as it's astill early and any other time of day you may not be able to pick it up.

I agree with Dina! Try not too lose hope just yet! I would wait a few more days before you test again!

Hi there! I have to tell you this, hopefully it will ease your mind a bit. I tested about 5 days before AF (CD25) was due, bfn. Then I tested the day after AF should have arrived (CD31), and it was bfp!! Don't give up hope yet.

Yes there is still hope my last IVF I did a digital PG test on 9dp5dt and got a neg went in for beta anyway good thing I did because it was a low +++++ 17 was the number !!!! So don't give up !!!!!

Thank you for the encouragement. Hopefully the test are wrong. I tested again this morning and I used 2 different brands of hpt and they were both negative. (9dp3dt)

Still hoping and praying for a miracle.
