Glad to hear your doctor is open-minded enough to hear you out. Have to respect doctors like that.

Good luck!

well, its been a while since I've posted. Just an update on whats happening. I started the next cycle of clomid 150mg and no prometrium this time. On cd 17 I had 4 eggs at 14-16mm! I really think that this is b/c i havent taken the prometrium. I go in tomorrow cd 20 and hopefully they will be 20mm or over and I will get the shot to make me ovulate! I cant believe my follicles finally grew! I dont want to get too excited, but I hope my Easter Eggs will hatch this weekend Wish me luck!!!!!

Hi Sophie! Glad to hear from you. And glad to hear about your growing Easter Eggs! I so hope that this is it for you... maybe the prometrium was the culprit after all!

Best of luck and keep us posted++++++++++++++

I am now 2ww cd26. I have had really bad pain in my one side where my follicle were really big like 29mm. All week long its hurt to go to the bathroom and I am so bloated and I feel like I might now have a giant cyst on that side. My dr's nurse said it should go away w/ my period, if I start. But what if I do get preg and I have a big old cyst. I just hope it goes away soon, its very uncomfortable. Is anyone familiar w/ these clomid cysts?? I have another question. If I had my hcg shot last friday cd 20, does everyone o 24-72hrs later or could you o later than that?? My progesterone level on monday cd 23 was like 13.9.

Hi Sophie: I don't know much about Clomid cysts other than that they usually go away on their own (even if you get pg). Sorry it's so uncomfortable! As for when you'd O after a shot, I think the norm is to O roughly 36 hours later, although from what I've seen here, if your body was going to O anyway, sometimes it could happen earlier than that. With a 13.9 on Monday, I'd think you'd O'd earlier than Sunday since it takes a bit for the prog. to rise up!

Good luck and keep us posted++++++++++++
