CM durring 2WW

I am about 9 DPO and for the past 4 days I have been having lotion-like cm. I am wonder if this is normal? I don't recall ever having so much of this type of cm before?!?! I did a HPT today and it was a BFN. Could this be a sign of AF? Thanks!

Hi there: Lotiony cm during the 2ww is normal. Many women don't completely "dry up" after O

. And some women notice it as an early pg sign. I noticed quite a bit of cm in my 2ww when I was pg with my ds, for example. You just can't tell one way or the other, unfortunately!

As for the HPT, as you know, it's way too early for it to be reliable! Wait another few days before you test again, if you can!

No Dr here... but what I have noticed is when I had good progesterone levels, I had better CM after O. Maybe it could be progesterone?? Just my thought. Hopefully it is good news!! Best wishes!! Hugs!

I always seem to have a lot of that same kind of CM during my 2ww also. It try to take it as a good sign but as the cycles go by w/o any bfps I have to admit that I probably can't use this as a sign of pg-Infact, I am completely stumped as to what would be a sign b/c I swear I've had them all and no bfp's!! LOL!!! The one time I was pg I didn't know it until I was way late-of course I am much more knowledgable now-lol!!! Good luck and keep us posted!!!!

I am new to the boards and came here to see if anyone was on the same schedule. I am 10dpIUI and I think 9dpo, I did not have alot of CM, but I am experiencing what you are the lotion like discharge. I am not going to take HPT until next week because I had another HCG shot on tuesday, so more than likely it will show a false P. Has your doctor taken your blood and tested your progestrone levels? I have never been PG so I do not know what to expect but this 2ww is for the birds! Good luck and I will keep checking your post to see how your doing.
