OPK question

Hi there, I have a question...I am currently on cd14. My cycles are 28 days like clockwork...I started using Clearblue Easy OPK on cd11....so far NO 2ND LINE.....what does that mean? I have no LH? I dont ovulate anymore? I have a 5 year old via IUI, but have used OPKs prior to the IUI with him....I had detected LH before??? I will be 39 in April, do you think I am just too old?

Hi Theresa: When you used OPKs before, what cd did you get them on? Also, have you been testing at the same time each day? And what time are you testing?

It might be that you're going to O later this month. Even the most regular 28 day cyclist has an "off" month every now and then.

Or even if your cycle will be 28 days this month, maybe your LP is shorter than you think (let's say you O on cd 16, then your ++OPK might not come until tomorrow, just as a matter of course).

I would keep OPKing and I bet you'll surge over the next couple of days.

p.s. Have you considered bbt to see if you are indeed Oing despite the lack of ++OPK?
