need help with this

Okay, i am on cd 12 and nearing o as my opk just turned pos today. I have been experiencing bright red streaks in my ewcm since last night. What is this? I have started chinese herbs this cycle so i hope that its not those causing it. I am sort of bewildered by this.

Hi jd: Nothing to worry about

! Some women have ovulatory spotting, which is another sign of fertility ... it sounds like you're having that this month, maybe due to the herbs? In any event, make sure you BMS today, tomorrow and the next day if you can (and if you have no male factor). Just make sure you leave 24 hours in between sessions!
