OV Watch

Hello Everyone,

I'm very tempted to buy the OV watch. I hesitate because it is expensive and I hate to buy into one more thing that may not work. I haven't seen any studies on its effectiveness nor have I seen any posts regarding the watch. Has anyone used it or know of someone that has used it? Could you please share your experiences and/or knowledge of the effectiveness of the OV watch?

hi red....i'm sorry i have personal experience to share. i do remember this being brought up a while back, but i don't know if the poster had actually gone on to purchase it.

hopefully someone else who has some experience with it will chime in.

i KNOW we spoke abput this a few months ago, but i can't seem to find the post. i remember we were having quite a laugh because we were talking about being stopped on the street for the time, and answering "yes, it's 2 days to O."

it drives me nuts when i can't dig up these old posts. anyhoo.....here's a link that explains how the watch works:

I thought about the watch, but still do not think it is the best idea yet. I am working my DH on the Ovacue.....lol.... I am still along way for that one. Best Wishes and let us know if you give in!!

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your responses! It's nice to "hear" from people in the same boat as myself.

I talked to my OG/GYN Thursday and she doesn't feel like the Ov watch is any more effective than the OP tests. Though, I would still like to hear from other people that have tried it. Doctors are not God, as we all know.

Hey, don't you guys watch "Sex and the City?" Remember when Charlotte was married to Trey and they were trying to conceive? In one scene, she looks at her WATCH and says "Honey, I'm ovulating!" That show was so ahead of its time. Who knew they had the latest fertility gadgets?
