cramps, BAD

I am 10 dpo. o'd really late this cycle on day 20. I have had bad cramps all night, not sharp but dull and achy deep inside, right where the uterus would be. Could the progesterone suppositories be causing this? I am wondering where these things are coming from, never had this when pregnant with dd, so i dont think that i am preggo.
thanks

jd...could be from the progesterone. i personally have never been bothered by progesterone, but i seem to be the minority. it could also be implantation. i had noticed implantation cramping during that window. or, it could be AF rearing her ugly face early. i'm rooting for implantation cramping! you only have a few more days to go. hang in there!

Oh how i wish that is what it was, but i think it's severe pms this month because i feel bloated, and very full, almost like heartburn, i dont think those are preggnancy signs
thanks for your input
