mom is in the hospital

Hi maura and DKNY, sorry I didn't get the chance until now to update you ladies about my mom. I had to leave suddenly for Miami last week because my mom was hospitalized. She passed out in the bank and was unable to breath and was rushed to the ER. She is still in there and still quite sick. She had pneumonia, Influenza A, and the liquid meds she was on for the pneum/Influenza had to be stopped because it was going to the heart and she went into congested heart failure. We found out yesterday she now has Lupus. She has to do an MRI today of her brain.

I am not sure when I will return to NJ but please keep her inyour thoughts and prayers. I will try and do some replies today when I get back from the hospital. Thanks and I will update later.

Maura, I know you have family in Florida, where in FL? My dad lives in Kendall and my mom is at Broward Memorial medical Center in Ft. lauderdale. Maura can you please let Dave/Ronen know for me. I have limited 'puter access.

Oh, Stacy-ann, that's awful! I'm so sorry to hear about your mother! Please don't worry about this place! I will definitely let Dave/Ronen know....

My BIL and his family lives in Hollywood and he works in Ft. Lauderdale, so they are very close to you now. We were supposed to be there this month, actually, but dh was too busy to take off from work.

Anyway, sending healing thoughts to your mother..... are the kids with you or are they back in NJ?

Hi Stacy-ann: Dave responded back that he hopes your mother will be ok .... I'm glad your MIL is able to take care of the kids while you're away.

Again, don't worry about the bb, but update when you can just so we know how things are going with your mother.
