CD 8, i just started temping this/HELP

cycle, and I see that I went down some on my temps, thats not a dip already is it???

Hi Sheila: Try not to analyze temps at this point in your cycle... since you have longer cycles, anything that happens now is probably not relevant. You will undoubtedly see lots of dips and rises and that's normal because temps fluctuate a lot. For now, just record and get in the habit of temping before doing anything else (don't get out of bed... just open your eyes and find that thermometer!). It's just information-gathering at the moment.

i agree with maura. also, keeo in mind that those fluctualtions are tehts of a degree. so although they may look like huge differences on the graph, in the grand scheme of things, they're really small fluctuations.
