Hi Sheila: If you happen to wake up at that time on the weekend, stick in the therm., scribble down your temp and go back to sleep
. Otherwise, just take it when you wake up and note the time you took it. You might notice a pattern of your weekend temps being higher than your temps during the week, but as long as you know which temps are which, you shouldn't have any trouble seeing an ovulatory rise!Good luck and keep us posted++++++++++++ Maura |

i used to do exactly what maura said. if i happen to have the opportunity to sleep a little later, i would generally just pop in my therm if i glanced at the clock and realized it was around the usual temping time.
