Hey girls just thought i would ask your oppinion on what day you think I O. I always temp @ 5:00am

24th- 97.02
25th- 96.85
26th- 96.60 the phone range @ 4:55 so i got and answered it first ooopps! ++opk
27th- 96.47
28th- 97.29
29th- 97.24
30th- 97.41
31st- 97.94 woke up a lot during night and time change so would be 4:00am
1st- 97.72
2nd- 97.52 took temp @ 4:00am so if i add .2 should be 97.72?
3rd- 98.17 hopeing this temp might be a triphasic phase but not sure if it is to early for that?

I think I O on the 26th or 27th and I was hoping for the 26th because yeasterday i was really crampy. Thought maybe implantation? I am a little crampy today but so far not as much but it is still early. I am trying not to get my hopes up because of my higher temp today because I know if I do when i temp in the morning tomorrow it will be low again. So my question is if I O on the 26th or 27th could I be implanting already? is it to soon for a triphasic phase? and how soon can I take a hpt? I O earlier this month so my Af is suppose to come Sat the 12th but since i O at least 2 days maybe 3 days earlier will that make AF come sooner? I know a lot of questions any input would be great. Thanks for listening to me Blab!!!!!

awbaby.....it looks to me as if you've O'd on the 27th. that would put you at 7 dpo. the implantation window is 6-12 dpo. so you're in it! as for the triphasic temps, my temps didn't go triphasic until i was 14 dpo. that doesn't mean it can't happen earlier. if your temps were to stay in the 98+, range then technically your temps would've reached a triphasic level. also keep in mind you can have triphasic temps withput being pg, and altgernately be pg without triphasic temps. i just don't want you to automatically assume you're pg if you have triphasic temps, or assume you're not because they're absent.

as for the early O'tion. generally it's the luteal phase in our cycle that's the most consistant (assuming you have a fairly regular cycle) so one would *assume* for example, that if you have a regular LP of 14 days, that it would hold true for an early O'tion. for me personally, it never worked that way. my AF always came on cd 28 regardless of when i O'd. i had gotten my hopes up a few times when i knew I O'd early (cd 12) and AF didn't show by cd 26 or 27. of course she showed her ugly face on cd 28, even tho i O'd ear;y. so after a few of those disappointments, i just learned to always expect my AF on cd 28, no matter what.

i think i answered all of your questions....

nope one more....HPT....i'm a firm beleiver in waiting until at least 14 dpo to test. and even then you can still get a false negative.

angie....also keep in mind that there will be peaks and valleys while temping. even if your temp dropped a little again tomorrow, it's really insignificant. ideally, you want your post O temps to stay above your CL, other than that, the ups and downs are normal.
