No Rhyme or Reason

A few years ago I had a child through IVF. Now I want to try again and am HOPING I'll get pregnant the old fashion way. So I've been taking my BBT for a few months and there is no rhyme or reason to my temps. They are ALL over the place. Highs and lows. I do have a thyroid issue but take a medication to keep it in check. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me? I am getting stressed about the idea of trying to conceive again so I'm wondering if this is hindering me.

HI! Do you have pictures of your chart of temps? I am a visual person... but even if you can list them, maybe some can figure them out.

I have PCOS, and I know without tx my BBT chart is up and down, up and down. I know it can be a sign of PCOS. Hope you find some answers here.
