Please look at this chart. Long Luteal phase?

I'm back for my cousin again. Could you please take a look at her chart and let me know what you think. She had her pap on Friday, and while she was there had them do a beta since she was 14DPO (according to her chart). It was negative

Now she is 17DPO and her temps are still up. Do you think she should test again? Could she possibly have a long luteal phase? This is her first month charting and her cycles are usually 31 to 32 days long. She has had 1 cycle that was 34 days long though.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!! TIA!

Edited to add: I discarded her CD 20 because we had our first cold front come through and the temps went into the 30's that night (highs were in the 70's). She woke up very cold to discover her hubby hogging all the covers and they had no heat in the bedroom.

Hi Tracey: I'm wondering if she ovulated later than she thought? Maybe that high temp on cd 18 was an aberration and she really ovulated on cd 20, the day she had that big dip? If so, then she could have had the beta too early (or if she's not pg, then she's not really late because she'd only be 14 dpo today).

If I were her, I'd wait another 3-4 days and then test again (either beta or HPT).

Please tell her good luck and come back and let us know how she makes out!

p.s. She also could be on the outside edge of a normal LP, which is 12-16 days. If hers is 16 days, then she could get AF today (assuming she did O on cd 17 and is not pg). I hope that she either ovulated later than cd 17 or that the beta was wrong!

Thanks Maura for your reply!! I also wondered if she could have ovulated on CD20, but either way I do the temps FF stills says O on CD17 (probably because that goes with her CM changes).

PS....I apologize for forgetting to remove my avatar and signature in my last post. I hope no one was offended by them. I'm going to edit it now and remove them.
