Oh My God!!!!

Ok, so the past couple of days I had a few weird smelling episodes and my DH joking says maybe your PG. I laugh, because after 4 years of TTC and 2 failed IVF's I have a great sense of humor regarding this subject. So tonight I went to the store to get halloween candy and picked a HPT (accu-clear) and took it. I hung a few decorations and forgot about itand about 20 minutes later I went back to the bathroom and remembered I took a HPT. Low and behold, a faint pink line in the result window is there. It's not so faint I have to squint or hold it up to a light. It's light but visable. I am very nervous to believe that I may really be PG. Has anyone had this happen. I know the results are suppose to be read in 10 minutes and could a light line appear if I did'nt read it right away? Please someone respond. I am going nuts right now. Thanks

Dee, I would take another test----and Congratulations!!! I doubt that it's an evaporation line but just to be sure I'd test again. Try not to pee or drink for a couple of hours before you take it.

Smells and weird dreams are my symptoms of very early pregnancy.

Let us know what happens!!!!

Dee- I have my fingers crossed for you!! I agree w/Lisa-take another test-maybe first thing after you wake up. This sounds really good-I've seen a lot of rest cycle pg's on here so I am sending tons of ++++++ thoughts your way-keep us posted!!

Hi Dee: Wow, how exciting! I too would take another test ... if you need another HPT brand to try, I recommend ClearBlue Easy and e.p.t. ... what dpo are you by the way?

i agree with the other girls dee. it sounds like a pos, but i would re-test just to make sure (since you read the results a little late.) let us know how it goes.

well, I took another test and I got a odd result....half the line showed. I have no idea how many dpo I am since I decided to take a break, I stopped keeping track. In fact, I'm not even sure when my last period was. It was some time in early Oct. I should be getting one soon, so I am going to ride the maybe I'm PG rollercoaster and wait it out and see if I get a period and then try to test again after I know I missed a period. I still hope I'm PG and will pray every night that it was a real positive. I will see a doctor if I don't get a period and until then, I'll just keep my little secret and hope and pray. Thanks for all your in put, I really needed it. I always loved this site and feel so close to so many of the women I have met on here. It amazing that I can depend on so many strangers with something so personal. I love you all and I pray every night for all of you. Thanks again.

Hi Dee: That's a frustrating result! What brand was it? Maybe try another brand? Otherwise, you could wait a week (or any amount of time that feels right) and see if anything happens!
