Hi there! Sometimes even the most regular woman will have a longer or shorter than usual cycle. It might be that you ovulated later than usual this month, making AF come later than usual. Or it might be that you are pg, but implanted later, and therefore getting a false negative HPT. Up to 10% of pg women get false negatives when testing at the time AF is due. If you can, wait another few days and then test again. (I've found ClearPlan Easy and e.p.t. to be reliable brands)

Good luck and let us know how things go!

That same thing happened to me last month and I am a regular 28 days. I have never been late since the birth of my daughter. Last cylce ended up being 5 days late and i kept on with the htps and all were neg. I finally started to spot on day 4 past AF and on the fifth day she came full on. I thought for sure I was pg and the hpts were wrong but that was not the case for me. I hope things turn out different for you. I think i was late because i was spending so much time with my sister. She is always late but last month she was early and i was late. AF cam for her about 1 hour after she came for me. I wish you the best of luck!

all over the place... nervous.

I did my ET on 10/09 and will be going in for my blood test on monday. I am nervous.... I know that the PIO is supposed to delay AF, but i am five days late. Is this good news? I havent spotted either. I did go through a few days where I felt like AF was creeping up on me, but that feeling seems to be behind me as well. Are there any signs? I am too afraid to HPT. My happy logic to my PUPO is I've come this far without any sign of AF or spotting, I must be BFP. no? Anyone out there that can help me get throught the weekend?

Sophia: Wow, things sound very promising! No reason to HPT if you don't want to (I would never talk anyone into taking an HPT!) ... whatever makes you feel the best! Good luck and please let us know how things go!!!
