Clearblue Fertility Monitor Beyond Day 5

I purchased a Clearblue Fertility Monitor and received it when I was on Day 8 of my cycle...so I set the "m" button to Day 5. Should I start using it knowing that it will be 3 days off, or should I wait until my next day 1? I have an IUI tentatively scheduled for early next week, so if all goes well, I may not have a Day 1 to use it on.

well i hope you don't have another day 1. but in the event that you do, i would hold off on the monitor until you can set it properly. things get confusing and crazy enough...why add to it by having to always be off 3 days on your monitor...KWIM?

i would just use the disposable OPK's this month. good luck!
