Mass Confusion...

Hi everyone!

For the second cycle in a row, I've noticed a drop in temp on CD2.

Here are my temps for this cycle. I'm currently CD 4:

CD 1 - 36.52
CD 2 - 36.31
CD 3 - 36.41
CD 4 - 36.47

Could I be ovulating on CD 2? This happened to me last month too.

Thanks for your help in advance!

hi...

no you can't be O'ing on cd 2. not that's it would be totally impossible, but definitely not likely at all. actually, there is no significance to your temps during AF at all. you don't even have to temp during AF (assuming AF is a normal length) you could begin when it's done.

some women keep temping thru AF just to keep in the routine, but pay no mind to the fluctuations, they're normal.

Hi there: Totally agree with what Dina said! And remember, it's not the drop in temps that signifies O, but rather the RISE in temps after O has happened! And the rise is typically .2 degree higher than the previous 6 temps... your rise on cd 3 was actually lower than your cd 1 temp.

Good luck and keep us posted+++++++++++++
