A/C affect temps?

Just a thought ladies....

I sleep near the fan. I mean, it's literally three feet away from my head. I always have one side uncovered, leg out, shoulders out, etc. By touch, my shoulders are cold... would affect it in any way?

Good morning

. Yes, being that close to a cooling unit could certainly cool you off and affect temps

! On the other hand, if you're ALWAYS that close to the unit, then I would think that you would still be able to see a pattern of highs and lows.. maybe the overall chart would be lower, though (with pre-O being lower than usual and post-O being lower than usual, but still higher than your pre-O temps, if that makes any sense). Hard to say, though! If you want to share any temps, we'll be happy to take a look!

I think so I can see a drop in my temp when I sleep with the fan on or the window open!

yes, i agreethis will affect your temps if it's not the way you sleep everyday.

dh and i were away for a weekend and i was TTC and temping. he likes the A/C in the room blasting and when we woke up in the morning the room was FREEZING! my temps for those 2 days were VERY low. it completely screwed up my BBT program because i had O'd that friday nite and the temps were for sat and sunday.

My temp this AM was past my coverline and naturally that upset me! However, I remember waking up and feeling cool.... and just wondered!

Hi, I try to sleep the same way everynight... when we first moved back to cali my temps were crazy!! Now that we have gotten are norm... temps are way better!! Good Luck!!
