???on ept certainteed
sent my dh to the store (first mistake) for a pregnancy test. he cam back with the ept certainteed. The one that says "pregnant" or "not pregnant" in the window. You think it would be full proff, right? wrong. I peed on the stick without inserting it into the test :base" because I did not read the directions first. The stick part you pee on looks like any other hpt you have seen. Immediately two lines appearred. I thought yipee!!!!! here you are suppossed to insert it into the base to see the pregnant or not pregnant. Does anyone know if it is like all other tests and two lines means pregnant??? I assume that they just want you to insert it to see the "pregnant" in the window??? Please help!!!

jenn....i found this on the EPT site specifically pertaining to "EPT Certainty." i think i would go get another test and try again. good luck! hope you get a BFP.
Q: Why can't I remove the test stick from the holder and interpret the lines myself? A: This test works differently than other visual pregnancy tests. It cannot be read visually. The lines must be interpreted by the holder.

Dina, thanks for your response. I went out and got freds. Apparently despite what they said on the ept certainteed site, two lines does mean pregnant, because fred was++++ too. I can't believe it. I didn't even use first morning urine and it was immediately +++. In fact I had just urinated on the "bad" certainteed test and then urinated less than one hour later for the fred. I am 9 days post five day transfer. I had been spotting/bleeding and cramping and totally wrote this cycle off!! I would have bet anyone a million bucks that this didn't work. I am cautiously optimistic, I have been here before. Thanks for your response! Jenn
