ok NO AF STILL...but I don't think....

hey this is the situtation......I took an HPT on the second of August and it was clearly Negative......but I was supposed to start today and I have not had any cramping or anything so I was wondering do you guys think I should start....I have alot of ewcm still today I have been having an enormus amounts and i just can't figure out why either......well tell me what you ladies think.....Thanks Jonni

I would test again. Every woman is different in when they will register a + on a HPT. I know that when took a pregnancy test with my son it showed up - one day before my period upto a week after my period. I then gave up testing and found out at my next OB's appointment that the tests had been wrong. I always tell people if in doubt test again.

Are your periods usually regular?

To answer the question....Are my Periods regular well that depends...Back a year ago to the month I didn't have one for 6 months then i went to the ob and then i was preg.....and didn't know it and didn't think to test because I had all the other months and just thought something was wrong well long story shot I had a MC and a D&C in April and in June I got my first af ..i started spotting on the 8 then full blown flow the 11th then last month it was on the 7th so i was counting either 27 day cycle or 30 which would put me at today...so yeah they have been pretty regular after the D&C..when they cleaned everything out ya know...so I will stop and get one on the way home..thanks...i needed a lil encouraging....

Ok well To day is CD33 and still no AF I was wondering.....should I test or wait? My AF started last month on the 7th and it lasted till the 13 and I was thinking that it should have started by now I know that I have some activity goin on down there i just don't know what..i want to test But am scared to do so because of a BFN...I took an opk last night just incase It picks up HCG and it was NEG.....and I dunno what to think I had heard from Kristin291 that when she was preg that it showed up on the opk as ++ so I dunno....is it even possible to get a ++ on an HPT and not on an OPK???Please help I am like stressing out and I know that is not good either so HELPPPP...

I know that if you take a hpt and it is - it will really hurt but you are stressing out not knowing. I think that it is important to know what is going on in your body good or bad. If it was me I would test and then you can deal with the results.

jonni.....it's not when you last got AF that's the key, but rather when you O'd. do you have any idea when that was?

The answer to that question ....is I was temping but since my schedule change half way through it messed my temps up and It was to hard to read much less analys....But i am assuming since around the I had gotten the darkest line on the opk but not a Real ++ and I ran out and got busy and didn't anymore I would say according to ewcm.........19th or the 25...i know big difference in dates but Trust me when I say there was so much ewcm that is was making me gag and that was on the 25...and the 19 it was there too..those two days stick out the most and that is why i always keep track of that stuff since no matter what my sched. is like i can doc. that...so have really have no idea..but even with those dates i still should have started right....I dunno..so confusing..i don't switch to my re until 9-12-05.....

Hi Jonni

since your cycles are irregular it can be hard to pinpoint when you will O and that can be frustrating in itself. I always say as long as there is no AF that can be a good thing too. If it was me I would go ahead and test rather can stress myself out on the what if's. Maybe you O's late this cycle and just give it a few more days and test again.

Hi Jonni: Since you don't know when you ovulated, I would assume the latter of those two dates on which you remember ewcm... so I would assume that you ovulated on 7/25... then I would count 17 dpo past that, bringing you to 8/11 and I would assume that 8/11 is when you'll get AF -- latest, since the longest "normal" LP is 16 days. Now, Clomid has been known to lengthen people's LPs, so you could run past 8/11 and not be pg, but I think 8/11 is a reasonable date to shoot for

. At that point, I would test again and see how you do

Maura thank you i still have no af and I still EWCM still today too....i will wait till tomorrow probably friday and then test..so I will let you guys no what happens on Monday from this weekend...
