When do you ovulate after your last clomid pill?

Just sorta wondering what the norm is. Kinda was aggravated last night. Dh called me from the road (he's a professional driver) and said they have a double run for him this week so he was in for a bit this morning (at the depot) and is being sent back out to SC for a drop tomorrow. Which means instead of getting back Friday as usual he will be back on Saturday (CD12) most likely.

Tomorrow is CD10 for me and im going for an u/s to check for follies. I'm hoping that i wont O before he gets home on saturday. I know its pretty unusual to ovulate super early so hoping that holds true for me. Ugh...what a job to have and try to make a baby at the same time

When do you ovulate after clomid?

Don't stress out to much - I think you are right that it is unusual to o super early - of course u/s will tell. But it doesn't really seem like something you should waste your stress out energy on to much (easy for me to say - right). It does sound like a bad job to have when TTC - at least this way DH will have a store of spermies built up .

I haven't much experience in the o department but last month I o'd on cd16 with clomid and I think this month - if I o'd it was even later.

Julie: I wouldn't worry about ovulating before he gets home. In all the Clomid cycles I have observed here (I've never taken it myself), I don't think I've ever seen anyone ovulate on Clomid before cd 12! I bet you'll be fine. Just BMS as soon as dh gets home!

Good luck and keep us posted+++++++++

It has been a long time since I took Clomid (five years), but I did take it for nine cycles and it seems like in all of them I ovulated around cd16-17.

Hope this helps!

My first month I O'd on CD21. The next month was CD15 and this month was CD16. I think you're fine...unless you have a history of having very short cycles.

It's been a while since I took clomid but I do recall ovulating later than I normally would and my cycles were longer too.

I've heard that you O late on Clomid... I had my 1st round this month as well. Today is cd18 for me and I have not had a ++ OPK yet, in fact yesterday and today my OPKs were lighter than they have been all week?? But today I've had twinges and have been uncomfortable all day. I go for blood work on Monday to tell me for sure. DH is a fireman so he works crazy hours, we'll be having BMS for the next 3 days just to cover our bases!! LOL

3rd day of Clomid---What to expect.....

Hi new here......
Im wondering I am taking Provera and Clomid. I starting taking clomid on third day of period and now I am on my 5th day......Im really irrg. and thats why I was put on both, bc I dont have periods and no ovulation is assumed. So what or when will I ovulate? Since Im not sure of how the "calender of events" works. Since not having a periods prior it makes it confusing to me....
Anyways will I ovulate soon after AF stops? What if the provera cont.to make me have AF? Can you still ovulate?

Thanks!!! for your help!!!
