Hi Ladies,

A brief (as possible) history for me. I have 2 children (11/98 12/03) and have been pg numerous times. Most recently was in Nov with an ectopic that implanted in the stump of the tube that was removed due to rupture.

Needless to say I have conceived in much less that ideal circumstances, but with less than optimal results.

Last month was my last month of clomid and I'm pretty sure I o'ed from my bad side due to o pains. I had spotting (brown) for days before af came. I actually felt pg. I did have -- hpt though. I even hpt a few days after af came just to make sure but still ---.

Well yesterday the hpt dipsticks got the better of me (a friend tested at 8dpo so i sai what the heck) Imagine my surprise when it was positive a few hours later. (never had evaporation line with this brand) This morning it was positive as well.

What is the earliest you have tested and gotten a +++??? I am too scared to go get a beta so I will wait till af is late.

I had a +++HPT at 9dpo on 10dpo i had a beta of 46! he is almost 4 now!!!! good luck to you!!!

Hi there

! Congratulations on your ++HPT! I know you must be scared seeing it, especially since you don't know whether it's from this month or last month (10% of pg women will get a false negative when testing at the time AF is due and you can get what you think is AF even when pg) ...

To answer your question, I myself have gotten a ++HPT testing at 10 dpo and I have heard of women here getting ++HPT at 9 dpo (but please, for anyone else reading this, don't think that you should be testing at 9-10 dpo and expecting a ++!) ....

If I were you, given your history, I would go today to get a beta and see if you can figure out what's going on.

I tested again this morning and it wasn't any darker than last week. I guess I better go get b/w today. I'll keep you posted!
