If only they were right....
Well, as of today, I've had three people make references to me being pregnant this month. And, none of these people know we are TTC. They aren't making the remarks because I appear to be (i.e., weight related). Today's comments were made because I was bundled up in a coat in my office because it was so cold and they asked if I was pregnant (thinking I was being sensitive to temp changes). I can only hope that they are right....maybe they have a positive premonition that I just don't have. I would be willing to bet that I'll start AF soon because I just feel crampy. I'm holding my breath to see my temp tomorrow morning. If it drops, I'll know my answer.
On a good note....I found a little kitten on the side of the road yesterday morning and today I found her a home. One of my soft spots is animals. I just couldn't pass up the poor little soul when I saw her. I was afraid she would be hit or something worse. She is the sweetest little kitty. But if I'm going to add something to take care of to my plate, I'd prefer it be a baby. The kitten is probably between 4-6 weeks old....tiny little thing. I seem to have become a magnet for poor lost little animal souls. We had an 8 week old puppy come up to our house on Christmas Eve that we also found a home for. Maybe God is trying to tell me that we need a pet instead of another child? Well....here's hoping my coworkers sense something I do not have confidence in.

I hope your temp goes way up tomorrow! My mom sounds just like you. The woman must put signs out for lost animals. Once we came home and in the driveway there stood a horse (or so it looked, like a small pony)...but it was a great dane and a little cocker running with her. Sweetest giant i have ever seen. Cats and dogs seem to gravitate there. I think they get on their little animal phones and tell each other . Mom always makes sure they find homes. She even takes them to the vet to get them all fixed up for the local pet store that takes in animals and finds homes for them.Anyway, i hope the cramping is pg cramping! With my first i could have SWORE af was coming from the feel of it. I hope thats the case for you! |

Hi Angela: I agree.. cramps can just as easily be a sign of pg! As for being cold, when I was pg with ds, I remember just wanting to crawl into bed when we were on vacation in FL because the a/c was making me feel so CHILLED!
I hope these people who think you are pg have ESP! Good luck and may your temp NOT fall and may you see that ++ beta! Keep us posted ++++++++Maura |

Good news to report this morning. So far no AF.
And, my temp is 98.60. Now, let's hope it stays that way! Today is the 25th day of the cycle. The next few days are going to make me bonkers. ![]() I'm still feeling slightly crampy this morning (like I'm about to start AF). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you guys are right and that it is the "good" kind of crampiness that happens with pregnancy. And, I'm definitely saying prayers for the other ladies in the 2ww. One of us has just got to have some good news this month. We are due for some around here! Last edited by AngelaM; 06-15-2005 at 03:25 AM. |

I don't want to get too excited though as it is only Day 26. If I make it past Saturday with no AF and no temperature drop, I may allow myself a little bit of excitement. If I make it to Monday with no AF, I'll be visiting my OB's office first thing in the morning. Keep those prayers and positive vibes coming. |
