Which day was ovulation? Cover line?

Based on these temps, which day would you guess that I ovulated?

I have never charted a cover line previously when I kept BBT charts and based on what I read on identifying cover lines, I made mine 98.10. Does that seem right?

CD1 (AF) 97.97
CD2 (AF) 97.79
CD3 (AF) 97.96
CD4 (AF) 97.76
CD5 97.74
CD6 97.79
CD7 97.86
CD8 97.88
CD9 97.98
CD10 97.43
CD11 97.55 (negative OPK in afternoon)
CD12 97.88 (negative Fertility monitor in the am, positive OPK in afternoon)
CD13 98.11 (positive Fertility monitor in the am)
CD14 98.00
CD15 98.60
CD16 98.46

angela...based on your temps it looks like you O'd on cd 12 with a coverline of 98.08. this is based on the fact that you're using temps with 2 places after the decimal point (i know we're getting real technical here now, right?) but if you were following the one place after the decimal point then your CL would be 98.

your CL is drawn using your temp of 97.98 on cd 9 which is the highest of the 6 temps preceding O.

P.S. your pos OPK in the afternoon backs up the afternoon surge theory. if it's at all possible, i would re-calibrate your monitor to do the test in the afternoon. that's assuming you don't plan on continuing to use disposable OPK's....cuz i'm guessing that would be redundant.

good luck!

Dina,
I agree with you on the OPK. But then it would mean that I would need to tote the monitor and test sticks to work with me and who knows when I'll be stuck in a meeting, etc. I only had to use two OPK sticks this month so it's not wiping me out. Who knows....maybe I got lucky this month and I won't have to worry about any more testing. I know....wishful thinking, right?

No need to apologize. I'm the same way. Even though I think we timed everything well this cycle, I know better than to get my hopes up. Like you, I'm normally planning for the next cycle as well. But next month will be the last cycle I officially TTC on our own before consulting my RE. After my lap in March, he said to give it 3-6 cycles of TTC on our own and if I still wasn't pregnant to come back and see him. If I didn't get pregnant this month, I will most likely make an appointment next month to discuss my options as this is my 4th cycle since the surgery. I'm not sure I want to take any infertility drugs....been there, done that, got the t-shirt, and I'm not too sure I want to go back to that. But, depending on what he suggests and after I talk with my dh, we can decide if we want to pursue that or not. We'll see..............

I vote for going with the OPK info - surge starting afternoon of cd 12, so O-ing sometime between the night of cd 13 or the morning of cd 14.
