BBT charting ?
I am on cd13 and have charted all my temps this cycle. Don't I need to draw a midline or something to see where I average out so I know where to do my comparison to know when I O'd? I am not sure how to do this. If anyone can help I know you girls can. So far no +++ on the OPK which is good since I usually have a long cycle-I am expecting O around cd16. Anyway-any help is as always very appreciated!! Hope all of you are doing well.

hi jules..... your coverline is drawn after you O. after you get your temp shift, the CL is drawn at 1/10th of a degree above the 6 preceding temps.
in our sticky thread on the first page there's an example if you want to check it out.
