2nd pogest in
well gyn called me today 2nd pogest came in today.....and it was only a 9.6
so she was not impressed and i wasnt to say the least, she said i should be getting af as clomid cycles usually last 32-34 days(her assumption), that means af should be knocking anyday now, told her that my temps are still up 8days in a row at 97.7(i even took my temp in the afternoon just to see if my therm would go above 97.7, and it worked ) so she said to take a pg test this weekend if my temps are still up, do you think this is a little early? and if so wouldnt my pogest be too low for a pg? she said that could be easily fixed if i was pg, with prometrium....oh i just wish af would hurry it up already, so i can start on 100mg clomid this next round, hopefully with better luckthanks you guys are the best!!

i'm sorry rudy. it does seem a little low. but if you were able to make it 2 weeks without the progest, it is easily recified.
glad your therm is working i know that was starting to bug you. let us know what happens this weekend. how many dpo would that be?

thanks guys, yeah the therm is working, i thought yest i was done for, i had a temp of 97.6, so i just thought okay its on the way af is coming were on the downhill slide
but this morning took it, dont know why i torture myself, and it was 98.1( answers the therm question yet again!)im 10dpo according to my chart, so my question is what does it take for your chart to be triphasic, is it the same as when you o 3 days of temps higher than the last 6? and ive also heard that a clomid cycle can go triphasic without pg, is that true?oh i wish af would hurry up, and quit putting these ideas in my head! yeah and on top of it all i think im getting a yeast infection( eww) my hormones must be all out of whack! bye guys thanks again-kel

rudy..sorry about the yeast inf....oye, it's always something right?
any (non-pg) chart can go triphasic, even without clomid. ironically, my success chart with my ds did go triphasic. there's no set time frame, just a third level of temps. for me, my pre-O temps ran in the low 97's, then my post-O temps would run in the high 97's, with occassional low 98's. the day i was expecting AF my temp started hitting the mid to high 98's. those were all time highs for me. so if you looked at my chart you could actually see the three different "steps" to my temps. i stopped temping at about 5-6 dpo where i remained in the high 98's and got a BFP. so if you're 10 dpo today, that would make you 14 dpo on sunday. which is why your doc recommended testing over the weekend. i know it's such mental torture. especially when you start to get a glimmer of hope. and if you're anything like me, i was basically OCD in the last week of the 2 ww. i wish you the best of luck. please keep us updated!

LOL OCD is not the word..its much worse
but i know what you mean about a glimmer of hope, today was weird first the high temps, and then all day at work i kept feeling like my female organs were just going to fall out, not pain but just pressure, i know what this sounds like( believe me the thought went through my head..many times) but i think ive convinced myself its af, have no boobie aches like with dd.. so thats my story and im sticking to it and 98.1 is an all time high for me..although this is my first month charting! so i have myself convinced that this is a fluke day, or if that wont work, that i just normally do this right before af just trying to rein myself in and keep my head where it belongs...on earth!!! thanks again and ill keep you posted, couldnt stay away if i tried

OMG...your "head games" bring me back....i had this thing where i convinced myself that i wouldn't never get accurate results from a HPT unless i uysed only FMU (first morning urine). so when i knew i was bordering on taking a test and i shouldn't have been, i'd quickly RUN to the BR and pee real fast to "waste" the FMU so i'd have to wait until the next day
and don't even get me started with the temp charts....i was way past OCD....LOL anyhoo...i know exactly how you're feeling. i'll be looking for an update from you this w/e

You both are too funny!!!
During one of my IVF 2ww's, I had a couple of hpts, so I used them both up when I knew it was too early for it to be positive just so I wouldn't have them around when it got "close" to where they could've been negative and actually meant something. I never told anyone about it b/c I figured they would think I was crazy! The things we do... lol |

wow...it's pretty scary how we all have the potential to "cross tht line" when TTC.
i can't tell you how many hours i spent staring at my computer screen studying temp charts from the gallery of some sites. rudy....too funny!! sounds like your co-workers are as twisted as we are.
