Exclamation Progesterone results

My results are in and the nurse said that they show that I DID ovulate!

She said it needed to be greater than 3, and mine was 4.7.

It sound pretty low don't you think? I thought it needed to be greater than 20 or something like that? I guess that would make sence since the test was only done 3 days after ovulation.

What do you girls think?

i'm guessing what she meant by greater than 3 was in order to verify that O took place. as far as a level conducive to pg, yes, that would be too low.......BUT....it doesn't verify that you have a progest deficiency considering it was technically taken very shortly after O. did i explain that ok?

and YIPPY on the O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I think I get it! If I do have a progesterone deficiency, do you think the suppositories will be enough to counteract it?

yep, that's what they're for! they did the trick for me. i took 200mg 2x a day. while pg i continued to almost 12w. although 10w is sufficient...i was just a wee bit paranoid

Have any of you heard of getting progestrone from GNC?

i used to use a natural progest cream that i got online...although it did WONDERS for my PMS, any progest that you get OTC is not potent enough to counteract a progest difficiency. i've had 2 different doctors tell me that.
