HPT Prior to Beta

Hi, all...

Anyone get a + on an HPT 36 hours prior to beta and then get a + beta??

I know, I know...... I should just wait. But....

Can 36 hours really make any difference if it really is positive? What about 24??

I transferred 2 early blasts (5 days -- retrieval was 02/24) on 03/01. My beta is not until friday (03/11) morning. Of course, I am sick of waiting. LOL

i know how painful that waiting is! but yes, 36 hours (and 24 too) can make a big difference in things. i'm not saying you shouldn't test if you can't wait, but you should be aware that you could possibly get a false neg. good luck!! let us know how it goes

Thanks, everyone, for your feedback and good luck wishes.

I did end up taking 3 HPTs and got a faint, but clear, positive each time. Today we got our first positive beta..... 110 !!
