How do I check my cm?

Hi

. You check with a clean finger... just swipe in and around the vagina and then look at your finger to see whether cm is present and if so, whether it's crumbly or gluey, lotiony or creamy, or clear and stretchy like eggwhites... depending on the quality, you can tell how fertile you are. If it's really abundant, it can spot onto your underwear!

thanks for the info. I was wondering if I should wait for it to appear on my underwear but you cleared it up!

i never had to actually check....it became apparant when i wiped...but of course i was looking for it too.

When you wipe and get that stretchy eggwhite on the tp is that "O" time?

Hi

: The eggwhite-y cm means that O is most likely imminent, although some lucky women get that ewcm for more than just the day or 2 preceding O ... bottom line, take advantage of the ewcm by BMSing every day that you see it! (unless you have male factor and need to leave longer in between BMS sessions).
