Temp Drop this morning

I am 7dpiui and my temps have been 98.2-98.6 since the iui. This morning my temp was 97.5. Does this mean that it is the end for me?

not even close!! dips in temps after O are very common. if it were a day before expected AF i would say it's iffy, but you're only 7 dpiui and it could just be a temporary shift in hormones. it could even possibly be an implantaion dip (fingers crossed). althought there's still a lot of speculation about implantation dips, as they're not scientifically proven. that said, i had 3 significant dips after O with my successful month. is this dip above or below your coverline?

you still have a week to go, so don't lose hope. stay positive! and let us know what happens.

Hi: I agree with Dina... it's not over! About 7 days post O, there is a secondary surge of estrogen that can cause a temporary temp drop. It's normal.

I hope that your temp goes back up and you coast through the rest of your 2ww and see a ++ at the end of it!

Good luck and keep us posted+++++++++
