ok, do I get up out of the bed to take my temp or lie in the bed to temp?

Hello

: Lie in bed... do not get out of bed because any kind of activity (including just getting out of bed) can raise your body temp! You want it to be as if you are still sleeping, when your temp is at its lowest. So, have that thermometer right by your bed

!
