Temping

What day of your cycle should you start temping? And what time of the day should it be done at?

hi...

i use to temp as soon as AF stopped. unless you have an unusually long AF, there's no need or signifigance to those temps. what you want to do is have a record of at least 6 days of (consecutive temps) leading up to O.

you should temp immmediately upon waking. before you do anything, as too much movement will immdeiately start to increase your temp. once you pick a time to temp each morning you should try and remain consistant with that as much as possible. there are adjustments you can make if you rise earlier or later on any given day.

if you go to the pinned thread (info and links) just above this post, there's a section about getting started with BBT'ing. it will give you all the details that you need to BBT. take a look at it and let us know if you have any questions. we'll be glad to help you!

good luck!

Hi......Dina has helped you out here quite a bit . I use to chart on CD4 (Af always stop on that day for me). Everyone is different depending on how long or short your cycle is for you. Anyway here is a link that will help you quite a bit and answer all your ?'s about BBT.

Take care and good luck!!!
