Jewels Level 1
met with my dr. on wednesday

I met with my Dr wed and showed him my chart. Talked to him about TTC. He agreed that it looked like I o'd this month that I probably don't every month, for I would've been pregnant more within the last 3 years of no birth control.. I had late ovulation and asked if he thought I should have my progesterone checked and he said that even if it looked good this cycle that it didn't mean it would be good in every cycle (givin my history) he encouraged me to go back on the 100mg of clomid and thought I would be preganant in no time. I had him write me a perscription i'll have to decide if I use it. My insuarance does not cover anything, blood work , scans, nothing.

Fertility friend guesses I o'd cd 24 we bms'd cd 20 & 21 after that my husband felt like a science project.
My + opk was cd 20, cramping and cm cd 20&21 but no temp rise until cd 24. Do you think we missed the "window"

My temps so far since ovulation have been great
Thanks for your feedback! Jewels

hi jewels...

glad you got to see your doc. what a bummer that your insurance doesn't cover the things you need the most right now, that really stinks

funny, my doc was not a fan of testing for progest either. she pretty much said the same thing as your doc. she said if you're not going to test it every month, then there's no sense because it fluctuates from month to month and it could look fine one month and not the next.

ok..your OPK...it sounds to me like you hit the bullseye. you got your +++, you bms'd for 2 days, so it sounds like you got a couple of good days in.

generally you see the temp rise the day after you O. however, some women have a slow rise, as opposed to an immediate increase the next day. so just because you got your rise on cd 24, doesn't mean you couldn't have O'd on cd 20, 21 or 22...KWIM?

+++ thoughts for you! hope your 2ww goes quickly
