Hello everyone!
I am new here. But not new to the TTC factor. I started Metformin 2/05. And went to Dr 5/4/05 and was put on Prometrium for 10 days (actually 7 days...The Dr told me to stop taking them after 7 days I guess it was doing what it should) And then on 5/13-5/17 I took Clomid 50 mg..... With my 1st child I also took Clomid for about 6 cycles before an injection and then I conceived. At that time my Clomid was on days 5-9...This time it is days 3-7....I thought everyone took it days 5-9... Does anyone know the difference? or is there one? Also, I am confused when to start the OVP kit? Last child was day 11...IS it the same? Cindy Last edited by honey2ahero; 05-17-2005 at 01:15 PM. |

Hello everyone I am new here but not new to TTC, I have two children and would love to have a third. I have had to use Clomid to conceive both children and am now trying the Clomid again. TTC since Feb'05 and started the Clomid 4 cycles ago. It makes me so emotional, DH says they are my crazy pills. I'm starting to believe him....I am also a nurse on a postpartum unit which makes things even harder for me sometimes. Especially when I help the new moms with breastfeeding and taking care of baby. I've just started temping which is something I never did with my two previous kids. Well I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello! Andrea

honey2ahero,
I just wanted to let you know I was on clomid day 3-7 and I think it is doctors preference. Which is not cool because I want to know which one is better and which one has the best stats. Just wanted to tell everyone a little about myself- ttc for 13 months. Found out in july that my dh had azoospermia which is no sperm. We thought we were doomed and not going to have children until we spoke with a urologist in houston. He reconstructed my dh epidydimus in october 2005 and he now has sperm. We are now doing IUI. I am in the 2ww of my first IUI. I took clomid 50mg the first cycle. I was nutto on that stuff. It is horrible. We have no children but want them badly!!! Me 23 DH 33 |

honey2ahero,
I usually start the ovuloation predictor kit on day 9 of my cycle so I will not miss my lh surge. Was that your question? Did I answer it right? I am so sick of the ovp kits because I have had to pee on so many I am so sick of it. |

hello everyone
I'm new here and have so many questions I don't even know where to begin. I was blessed with three wonderful children from my first marriage and now I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I have been ttc for two yrs now with my new hubby. We've both been to the Drs and checked out fine. There has been alot of stress so maybe that could be my problem. I'm sure my age is playing a big factor. I just started charting BBT. Does your temp stay up if you are preg. or does it drop before you period? |

Question
Has anyone received a positive result on a hpt 7dp5dt? I really want to test on Monday but not sure if that is enough time to see a positive line. Also do you think the digital hpt is the most acurate or do you think it really does not matter?
Thanks so much for your support. Melanie |
